Over-Night “Oats”

Overnight Oats

1/3 Cup Oatmeal (Old Fashioned)

1 T. Chia Seeds

1 Scoop Life Shake or Energizing Soy

Pinch of salt (Himalayan)

1 Cup Milk of choice

Stir dry ingredients. Add milk. Refrigerate overnight OR for at least 1-2 hours.

Before serving add toppings of choice … fruit, granola, nuts, coconut, etc.
