“Easy to make and phenomenally delicious”
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup cashews OR almonds, pecans, walnuts (or combination)
1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds or flax seeds
Zest of 1 large lemon
Juice of a large lemon (I like to add even more)
1/3 cup Shaklee Life Shake, Vanilla or Plain and Simple
Pink Himalayan sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Add everything to a food processor and process until it comes together in a ball.
- Add a tablespoon or two of warm water if needed
- Roll into balls and then roll balls in remaining 1/2 cup of coconut.
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes, then store in fridge for up to one month.
